Our experience extends to the construction, operation and financing of vessels, drilling rigs, supply boats, FPSO and FSO units, LNG tankers and seismic vessels, amongst others.

We assist major service providers in the review of contractual and tax issues arising from domestic and international bids promoted by PETROBRAS for operation of giant offshore fields located in the Campos and Santos Basins.

We have long-standing experience in negotiation of agreements for repair, refurbishment and construction of vessels and oil platforms, assembly of skids, generation and compression modules etc.

We represent clients before regulatory agencies and governmental authorities in securing administrative permits, licenses and authorizations for the performance of offshore supply, maritime and shipbuilding activities.

Our services include assisting clients in charter and subcharter agreements, sale and lease-back of platforms, EPC contracts, BOT operations and transportation matters.
