We are aware of the challenges that Brazilian industry will face for development of petrochemical projects. Our practice group advises clients on all phases of the petrochemical industry, from importation of raw material to exportation of by-products.

Our team represents international and domestic clients in the negotiation of joint ventures for the construction and operation of petrochemical plants, sale, import and export of petrochemical by-products and raw material.

Our lawyers have large experience in drafting and negotiating supply and EPC contracts, turnkey, offtake and tolling agreements. Our practice covers the representation of clients in the negotiation of cross-border joint ventures for the development of petrochemical projects in the Southern Cone.

We represent domestic companies in the structuring of by-products export transactions and raw material supply agreements. Our services include assisting international companies in the negotiation of distribution and sales agency agreements in Brazil.
