Pipeline Construction & LNG Projects

We were involved in the review of the open season rules handed down by the National Oil, Natural Gas and Biofuels Agency (Agência Nacional do Petróleo, Gás Natural e Biocombustíveis - ANP) for the expansion of the pipeline transportation capacity.

Recently, we have been involved in the review of legal and tax issues arising from the construction of LNG and "REGAS" plants in Brazil.

Our practice includes assisting clients in EPC contracts, BOT projects, financing and structuring of guarantees for pipeline construction.

We assist clients in the negotiation of easements and rights-of-way with real estate owners and governmental authorities for the construction of pipeline infrastructure.
