We represent clients in construction, financing and operation of ports and terminals. We assist operators in handling complex administrative and admiralty issues and in the compliance with port regulations.

Recently, our team has represented developers in due diligences for the construction and operation of LNG and "REGAS" terminals in accordance with the Brazilian laws.

We assist international clients in the negotiation of lease agreements with Brazilian shipyards and the structuring of EPC and financing contracts for the construction of ports and terminals.

Our practice includes the negotiation of various services agreements in connection with port and terminal operations in Brazil.
