Our assistance extends to the representation of clients before the National Oil, Natural Gas and Biofuels Agency (Agência Nacional do Petróleo, Gás Natural e Biocombustíveis - ANP) and before the regulatory energy agency (Agência Nacional de Energia Elétrica - ANEEL).

The firm's energy regulatory practice is also focused on clients with interests in electric and hydro power generation, transmission and distribution. In this respect, we assist clients in administrative procedures for tariff review, import and export authorizations.

Our team assists clients in securing governmental licenses, permits and authorizations for the implementation of all phases of the oil & gas industry. Our lawyers are involved in the review of the regulatory framework for gas transportation in Brazil and in public and legislative hearings in connection with the upcoming Brazilian Gas Law.

Our lawyers have strong background in representing clients in administrative and judicial litigation against regulatory agencies in Brazil.

We have solid practice in the representation of clients in international bids for the supply of equipment and services to the Brazilian Army, Navy and Air Force and in the negotiation of commercial agreements with public sector.
