Our partners have assisted telecom companies interested in investing in telecommunications in Brazil. Our team is prepared to represent clients in administrative procedures and public hearings before the National Telecommunications Agency (Agência Nacional de Telecomunicações - ANATEL).

We advise clients on regulatory and tax issues arising from telecom services, as well as on the acquisition of equity stakes in telecommunications companies. Our lawyers also represent companies in public bids in the telecom sector.

We assist clients in the implementation of telecommunications projects in the many areas of the sector. In this respect, we assist companies in the drafting of contracts for the supply of equipment, sharing of infrastructure and project financing.
