SVMFA has a solid practice in renewable energy, with particular experience in the development, financing, and sale and purchase of renewable energy projects.

SVMFA assists clients in all aspects of wind and other renewable energy projects, including regulatory and permitting matters.

We have been advising clients in connection with the negotiation of joint bidding agreements related to renewable energy projects in Brazil.

We have been also assisting investors in the acquisition of equity stake in renewable energy companies and in the development of green field wind projects in the northern part of Brazil.
