These procedures were conducted by the National Oil, Natural Gas and Biofuels Agency (Agência Nacional do Petróleo, Gás Natural e Biocombustíveis – ANP) and considered as the leading case in the gas segment in Brazil.

Our lawyers have acted as expert witnesses in arbitrations involvig oil & gas and energy matters. Our services cover the examination of legal issues relating to conflicts of law, sovereign immunity, enforcement of arbitration awards, Discovery and cross-examination, amongst others.

We have been involved in the review of arbitration clauses and procedures set forth in the concession agréments for exploration, development and production of oil & gas in Brazil.
