Representing and advising clients in structuring, negotiating and documenting finance and business transactions with emphasis on project finance transactions related with energy, oil and gas and infra-structure projects. Representing and advising clients in connection with direct foreign investments, private placements, investment funds, loan agreements, EPC (Engineering, Procurement and Construction) contracts, lease and charters agreements, foreign exchange transactions in general, Brazilian Central Bank regulations and corporate law.

  • • Gasene Project: US$ 2 billion project finance for the construction of a pipeline linking the Northeast and Southeast regions of Brazil.
  • • Urucu-Manaus Project: US$ 1.1 billion project finance for the construction of pipelines linking Urucu, in the Amazon, to Manaus.
  • • Malhas Project: US$ 1 billion project finance for expansion of natural gas pipelines of Petrobras.
  • • Cabiunas Project: US$ 850 million project finance for the construction of a processing plant and natural gas pipelines.
  • • Barracuda and Caratinga Project: US$ 2.5 billion project finance for the construction of two floating production storage and operation (FPSO) units and the development of crude oil fields.
  • • Sepetiba Tecon Project: US$ 140 million project finance for the construction and development of a container terminal in Rio de Janeiro State.
